Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Entry-Level Safety Officer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting a career in health and safety within the construction and fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulations.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Assist in preparing safety reports and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Support emergency response procedures and safety training.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC certificate (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
