- Conduct daily site walks, safety audits and field inspections to identify and address potential hazards
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of OSHA regulations and ensure compliance across all projects
- Collaborate with project managers and field staff to promote a culture of safety
- Training, teaching, planning and implementing safety policies
- Degreed safety professional with 10 years of continuous safety experience in construction
- 10 years full-time construction safety experience and OSHA 500 certification
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) listed with the Board of Certified Safety
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
- Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) listed with the Board of Certified Safety or equivalent and 5 years of safety experience This is a Safety Sensitive position.
