Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE construction HSE experience (proof of experience required).
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and UAE HSE regulations.
- OSHAD Certificate is mandatory.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and Urdu is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Team player with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification.
- Monitor compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
- Assist in toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
- Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Support incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and comply with site safety rules.
