S2P Digital Process Specialist

Role overview

Process responsibilities

• Provide input to the Global Process Lead on S2P improvements and promote standardized BPO ways of working aligned with the Core Model.
• Support Core Model deployment in regions, monitor gaps, and propose design changes to improve compliance, efficiency, continuous improvement, and user experience.
• Recommend Core Model change requests and exceptions for approval or rejection.
• Contribute to desktop procedures and processing documentation.

Technology and solutions

• Support launches and adoption of digital solutions and process technologies, including Coupa modules, Concur, SAP, and Agentic AI.
• Identify market trends, benchmarks, and best-in-class solutions to improve operations and solution usage, user experience, and automation.
• Use Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Basic SQL, and Python for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Design and implement automation and develop analytics and dashboards that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and inform decisions.

Continuous improvement and governance

• Support Core Model improvement initiatives, project timelines, risks, issues, escalations, documentation, and stakeholder communication about process changes and benefits.
• Support S2P quality initiatives and maintain the continuous improvement process.
• Govern BPO service delivery, Core Model alignment, and compliance; handle business escalations and guide BPO partners.
• Involve stakeholders in project governance and process resolution, provide process expertise, and communicate outcomes.
• Work with the Global Process Lead on KPI, DQI, and metric definitions; support regional KPI implementation and monitor BPO performance reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance requirements are embedded in process designs.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay process ownership.
• Demonstrated process optimization, standardization, and change management experience, with strong understanding of global S2P processes at scale.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English; ability to travel approximately 10% when required.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies are advantageous.
• Experience implementing S2P technology solutions such as e-procurement or spend analytics is preferred.
• International experience with diverse cultures and global teams is preferred.
• Experience working with and managing BPO partners toward KPI achievement and process improvement is preferred.
