Overview
Alteryx is looking to hire an RVP, Sales for the MEA Team.
They will have direct ownership of a field sales team, as well as providing strategic vision and leadership to GTM functions.
Strong business acumen and experience in driving a high growth software business across multiple geographies and cultures in MEA are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities**
- Responsible for achieving revenue growth across all revenue channels in the MEA region
- Execute growth plans, including sales, consulting services, and education services
- Join sales teams in the field on join sales calls
- Set and reviews performance and sales goals of sales team
- Define and track sales team KPI’s and goals in day-to-day performance, pipeline development and increased product knowledge
- Determine head count requirements and develop plans for new teams in new geographies
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Sale s management
- Responsible for recruitment and hiring of staff
- Act as the executive sponsor for high potential accounts
- Interpret and adheres to sales policies and advises sales teams in the handling of these policies
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to executive team
- Ability to travel for work
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in software sales
- 4+ years' experience managing sales teams & setting strategy for wider GTM functions
- Success in fast-growing company environments
- Demonstrated experience in successfully achieving sales targets in a high growth environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the differences in sales cultures across different countries .
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high transaction environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
