RV Parts Manager

Blue Compass RV is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts operation and support a high-performing dealership team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands inventory, warehouse operations, team development, and the importance of delivering the right part at the right time. You’ll play a key role in supporting Service, improving operational efficiency, and creating a strong customer experience.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department and warehouse.

Schedule and organize team members to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient workflow.

Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop parts and warehouse associates.

Oversee shipping and receiving activities and ensure parts are received accurately and timely.

Reconcile received parts against invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels and partner with dealership leadership to maintain appropriate stocking levels.

Conduct and support regular inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Ensure parts are available to support Service Department needs and customer demand.

Manage team performance and provide timely coaching and corrective action when necessary.

Complete required operational and management reports.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, warehouse organization, and overall efficiency.

Partner with Service, Sales, and other departments to support dealership performance.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements.

Participate in dealership meetings and support additional operational needs as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous parts, warehouse, inventory, or operations leadership experience preferred

Strong supervisory and team leadership skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems

Knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional approach to resolving customer and employee concerns

Availability to work weekends as required

Ability to lift 10–50 pounds occasionally

Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
