Job Description
We are hiring Russian-speaking Call Center Representatives / Recruiters based in Dubai to support international recruitment operations and client communication.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound candidate/client calls
- Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking candidates and clients
- Explain job opportunities and company services
- Screen candidates and assess suitability
- Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team
- Manage daily call targets and updates
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Russian speaker (mandatory)
- English communication skills required
- Male or female candidates can apply
- Previous call center or recruitment experience is an advantage
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Compensation
- Fixed salary AED 3,500 + commission
