We are hiring for Russian and German Real Estate Sales Consultant – Abu Dhabi

Job Role-
We are looking for experienced and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for agents who are focused on closing deals and building a strong client portfolio within a structured environment.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience
- Proven track record of successful deal closures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work with qualified buyers and serious clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
- Highly disciplined, accountable, and target-oriented
- UAE driving license and/or ADM license is an advantage

This position is best suited for agents comfortable working in a performance-based structure.
