Duties
- Coordinate with the kitchen, pantry, bar, and service team.
- Collect and deliver food and beverages according to orders.
- Clear used crockery and return items to the cleaning area.
- Assist with basic preparation, such as bread baskets, lemons, and simple sauces.
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages.
- Handle coffee equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain pantry, coffee bar, and dining area cleanliness.
- Polish cutlery and glassware and clean service equipment.
- Replenish pantry and coffee supplies.
