Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- · Deliver food to the table, properly placing each guest’s order
- · Anticipate guests needs and be prepared to promptly answer any questions
- · Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- · Work with chef to update the kitchen on table status and course readiness
- · Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the line, dining room floors, and paths of service
- · Properly stock all plates, silverware, and condiments to par according to restaurant standards
- · Communicate any supply shortages to management
- · Complete end of day side-work as per restaurant standards
