Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented according to company standards before serving.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables.
• Support baristas and kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
• Refill condiments, napkins, takeaway supplies, and other service items as needed.
• Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Pay: AED2,200.00 per month
