Duties and Responsibilities
- **Machine Operation:** Safe management and operation of the rubber extruder, and adjusting settings for temperature, extrusion speed, and pressure.
- **Quality Monitoring:** Continuous inspection of the product during the extrusion process to ensure the final product meets the required specifications.
- **Basic Maintenance:** Performing basic periodic cleaning and maintenance of the machine (cleaning the extruder head, lubricating moving parts) and reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience working as an operator on extruder machines.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and directives from engineers and supervisors.
- Workplace discipline and commitment to health and safety regulations.
