About the role

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Reckitt’s financial integrity by supporting high‐quality financial accounting and operations for multiple countries in a global business environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

You will leverage digital tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance audit readiness. If you enjoy working with detail, solving problems, and improving processes, this role provides a supportive environment where your contribution truly matters—while helping Reckitt pursue a cleaner, healthier world.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, hands‐on experience in manufacturing finance processes, and the ability to manage complex, multi‐country activities with accuracy and timeliness. You will partner closely with cross‐functional teams, local finance, business controllers, tax teams, and shared services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and standardization of accounting processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage Financial Accounting activities including revenue, lease, inventory accounting, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
  • Oversee Cash & Bank operations, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and NWC reporting.
  • Handle Intercompany Accounting, reconciliations, recharge processes, and dispute resolution.
  • Govern Fixed Assets including Capex approvals, asset lifecycle management, impairments, and AUC accounting.
  • Lead Month-End Close & Consolidation, financial reporting, adjustments, and statutory reconciliations.
  • Support Tax & Statutory Reporting, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP/IFRS and audit requirements.
  • Manage Manufacturing Accounting activities including costing, variance analysis, PPV, and project accounting.
  • Support Management Accounting through allocations, reporting, and exception management.
  • Drive Financial Controls, Compliance, Governance, and Continuous Improvement across RTR operations.
