Route Service Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Service, clean, and restock portable toilets and luxury restroom trailers on assigned routes
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain service vehicles in excellent condition
- Keep the yard organized, clean, and ready for daily operations
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
- Assist with special events and VIP properties as needed
- Accurately document service activities and report any equipment issues
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for insurance and access to client sites)
Ability to pass a background check
Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, well-maintained equipment
Reliability, integrity, and a willingness to get your hands dirty
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling)
Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
Previous experience in route service, sanitation, facilities, or similar hands-on roles is a plus but not required
Important Note: This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a background check to meet our insurance requirements and gain access to certain client properties.
