Key Responsibilities
- Analyze transportation and delivery data to optimize routes.
- Support daily route planning and resource allocation activities.
- Work with Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Analytics teams.
- Monitor delivery performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare route analysis reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Support GPS and route planning system monitoring.
- Assist with fleet utilization and delivery scheduling analysis.
- Track transportation KPIs and operational trends.
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve delivery efficiency.
- Help resolve routine route planning and logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Support process improvement and cross-functional logistics projects.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of relevant experience is advantageous.
- A good understanding of transportation and routing principles is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills are required.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams is required.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Google Maps, GIS tools, route planning software, or transportation management systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with fleet management, GPS tracking, delivery optimization, or KPI reporting is a plus.
- UAE or GCC logistics experience is advantageous but not required.
- Relevant logistics or analytics certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
