The Shift Supervisor serves as a key leader during assigned shifts and helps ensure operational excellence, food quality, cleanliness, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts

Support and coach Team Members to ensure successful shift execution

Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and portion control standards are maintained

Monitor guest service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally

Ensure dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas remain clean and organized

Complete opening, shift, and closing procedures accurately

Monitor labor deployment and productivity during shifts

Maintain cash-handling procedures and accountability standards

Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company policies are consistently followed

Verify completion of assigned shift tasks and operational checklists

Assist with training and development of new Team Members

Communicate operational issues, staffing concerns, or guest feedback to management

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Leadership ability and desire to grow within the organization

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods

Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Ability to lead by example and hold standards

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
