Overview

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various types of roti, paratha, naan, and other bread items.
• Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and bake pizzas according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate and manage the tandoor oven for cooking naan, kebabs, and other tandoor specialties.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain adequate stock levels for daily operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Roti Maker, Pizza Maker, Tandoor Chef, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Experience operating pizza ovens and traditional tandoor ovens.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
