Organize and supervise the daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based upon schedule.
Ensure all activities are carried out safely, effectively and within the time frame.
Responsibilities
- Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
- Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.
- Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
- Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
- Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
- Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
- Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
- Encourage reporting of near miss, unsafe conditions and acts, and participate in safety audits.
Qualification and Experience
- High School.
- Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for High School holders.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for Diploma holders.
