- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in rope access operations, building maintenance, or industrial services.
- Knowledge of work-at-height safety regulations and rescue procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
