Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant for a full-time, on-site role at our Jeddah property.

The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in guest rooms and public areas.

Daily tasks include cleaning and organizing guest rooms, replenishing amenities, handling laundry services, and adhering to hotel cleanliness and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laundry and Housekeeping processes, including maintaining cleanliness and organizing guest rooms.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for guests.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time, on-site role, including weekends and holidays as needed.
