Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Room Attendant based in Dubai, with partial flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities
include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and managing linen and laundry services.
The Room Attendant will engage professionally with guests to deliver excellent customer service and promptly respond to any requests.
Ensuring all housekeeping tasks are executed efficiently in alignment with company policies will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and maintaining clean rooms to a high standard
- Knowledge and experience in laundry services
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with guests
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address guest inquiries
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work environment combining on-site and remote duties
