Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle IBS project technical issues and clarifications, conduct design audits, support standards-based site acceptance, and negotiate as needed.
• Provide technical expertise during surveys, design, deployment, integration, commissioning, testing, and optimization of DAS and small cells.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate with customers, and monitor end-to-end project delivery.
• Conduct acceptance visits and collect post-deployment data to check compliance with Vodafone and building management requirements.
• Manage technology warehouse inventory and forecast usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in IBS DAS deployment projects.
• Knowledge of project management and MS Office tools.
• Understanding of DAS products including antennas, couplers, and combiners, telecom room preparation, rectifiers, and batteries.
• Understanding and experience with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Understanding of active and passive solutions from manufacturers such as CommScope, Cobham, and Huawei.
