Overview
We are seeking a **Roller Operator** with proven experience in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating rollers for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials for road construction and maintenance projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven **Minimum 1 Year Experience in UAE** as a Roller Operator with a strong track record of working on construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.
- **Valid roller operator certification and UAE relevant Roller Driving licenses.**
- Strong understanding of compaction techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Physical stamina and capability to work in diverse weather conditions.
