Role Overview
We are hiring a Robotics Software Engineer to build the software that runs autonomous and semi-autonomous robotic systems.
The role combines deep robotics expertise with strong software engineering — shipping code that has to work in the physical world.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement perception, planning, and control software for robotic systems
- Build and integrate ROS / ROS2 nodes and middleware
- Develop simulation environments for testing and validation
- Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, sensors, and software stack
- Contribute to architecture decisions across the robotics stack
- Partner with hardware, ML, and product teams on system design
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in robotics software engineering
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python
- Hands-on experience with ROS / ROS2
- Working knowledge of perception, SLAM, motion planning, or control
- Experience with simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo) is a plus
- Solid software engineering fundamentals
