Centific Physical AI Center of Excellence (PACE) build the hardware and software that powers robotics data collection — teleoperation, annotation, and model evaluation. You'll work hands-on in our Redmond lab to design, prototype, and validate data collection rigs and the pipelines that turn raw sensor streams into training-ready datasets.

What you'll do

Design and prototype data collection hardware: camera rigs, sensor mounts, teleoperation interfaces, end-effector and wrist-cam assemblies.

Build recording and data-handling scripts (multi-camera capture, synchronization, sensor fusion) targeting HDF5 and LeRobot dataset formats.

Integrate and evaluate off-the-shelf components: RGB-D cameras arrays, dexterous hands, teleoperation gloves, VR headsets.

Support real-world data collection and model evaluation sessions on robot arms and humanoid platforms.

3D-print, assemble, wire, and bench-test prototypes alongside our lab technician.

Document hardware specs, BOMs, and reproducible setup procedures.
