Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Roaster to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of roasting techniques.
You will be responsible for roasting Nuts to meet our high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.
Job Responsibilities
- Roast beans to meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain roasting equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of each roast.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Conduct quality control tests on roasted beans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adjust roasting profiles based on feedback and results.
- Maintain a clean and organized roasting area.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
