We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Road Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure)
to supervise and coordinate road construction and infrastructure works across project sites in Dubai.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Supervise day-to-day road and infrastructure construction activities.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
What Required Skills You'Ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in roads and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of road works, drainage work.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and RTA requirements and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
