Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
CPR certification
Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Shift: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm Job Type: Full-time Benefits: All full-time employees are eligible for benefit options including:
