As an ICU Stepdown RN at PeaceHealth, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients.

You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time (0.90 FTE) night shift position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

• Competitive Pay: Our hourly wage for this position ranges from $56.92 to $86.09 (per the Collective Bargaining Agreement ) . We also offer great shift differentials of up to $7.75/hour for night shifts and additional pay for advanced degrees and certifications.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Credentials: Registered Nurse - Washington or MSL and BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS Certification (within 6 months of hire).
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development, ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships, ability to support medical center philosophy and procedures, basic computer skills.
