RN Home Health - $15k Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nursing school program
• AZ RN License, or compact state RN License
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, or application, required within 20 days of hire
• AZ Driver's License
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• 1-2 years acute care nursing or home health experience
• Work Requirements: Requires travel throughout local service area and interactions with customers in their home setting. Duties have routine potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues; ability to move patients >300lbs; sit, stand, walk, and bend duration of work shift. Ability to address multiple priorities simultaneously, possess good oral and written communication skills, knowledgeable with business office equipment.
