Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technology support in home and office environments across PCs, Macs, iOS, and Android devices.
• Provide first- and second-line support using Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory; troubleshoot and log issues in ServiceNow.
• Document technical procedures and end-user materials; troubleshoot video-conferencing and telecommunications systems.
• Prepare and deploy staff laptops, configure profiles, and migrate data; track hardware assets and inventory.
• Support local and global projects and telecom services, including SIM requests, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with providers and Webbing.

What you'll bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud file shares.
• Experience with Teams, Zoom, or Webex meeting setup and basic troubleshooting; basic LAN and IP networking knowledge.
• SCCM or imaging software experience; exposure to cloud technology and VoIP; ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT with prompts.
• Excellent English communication and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Customer-service focus, problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to follow procedures and protect confidential information.

Working environment

• Shared office space; the role provides on-site support in home and office environments.
• Some lifting or moving of equipment is required.
• Occasional weekend work or late or early hours may be needed according to business needs.
