Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support across home and office environments for PCs, Macs, iOS, Android, and other devices.
• Deliver first- and second-line support using Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory; log phone and ticket issues in ServiceNow.
• Document procedures and end-user materials; troubleshoot video-conferencing and telecommunications systems.
• Prepare and deploy laptops, configure user profiles, and migrate data; track hardware assets and inventory.
• Assist with global and local projects and telecom services, including SIM requests and provider coordination.

What you'll bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud file-share support.
• Meeting setup and basic troubleshooting experience with Teams, Zoom, or Webex; basic LAN and IP networking knowledge.
• SCCM or imaging software experience is sought; exposure to cloud technology and VoIP is also listed.
• Able to diagnose and solve or escalate problems, explain technical concepts, and use AI tools such as ChatGPT with prompts.
• Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills and professional handling of confidential information.

Working environment

• Shared office space; on-site technology support is provided in home and office environments.
• Some lifting or moving of equipment is required.
• Occasional weekend work or late or early hours may be needed based on business requirements.
