Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technology support for users at home and in the office across PCs, Macs, iOS, Android, and other devices.
• Deliver first- and second-line support using Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory; log issues in ServiceNow.
• Document technical procedures and end-user materials; troubleshoot video conferencing and telecom systems.
• Prepare and deploy laptops, configure user profiles, migrate data, and track hardware inventory.
• Assist with local and global projects and telecom services, including SIM requests and provider coordination.

What you'll bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud file shares.
• Experience with Teams, Zoom, or Webex meeting setup and basic troubleshooting; basic LAN and IP networking knowledge.
• SCCM or imaging software experience; exposure to cloud technology or VoIP; ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT with prompts.
