- الهدف من الوظيفة
- إدارة وتنظيم عمليات المستودع بكفاءة، وضمان تخزين المواد والمنتجات بشكل آمن، مع دقة عالية في تسجيل الحركات المخزنية (استلام – صرف – جرد) بما يضمن سير العمل وتقليل الهدر أو الفقد.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام المواد والتأكد من مطابقتها للفواتير وأوامر الشراء
- تنظيم وتخزين المنتجات بطريقة سهلة الوصول
- تسجيل جميع الحركات المخزنية بدقة في النظام
- متابعة أرصدة المخزون والإبلاغ عن أي نقص أو فائض
- تنفيذ الجرد الدوري والمفاجئ
- تجهيز طلبات الفروع وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المستودع
- متابعة صلاحية المنتجات وتواريخ الانتهاء
- التنسيق مع المشتريات والإدارة
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المخزون
- المؤهلات
- شهادة ثانوية كحد أدنى (يفضل دبلوم/بكالوريوس)
- خبرة سابقة في المستودعات
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب وأنظمة المخزون / ERP
- معرفة بأساسيات الجرد وإدارة المخزون
- المهارات الشخصية
- دقة عالية والانتباه للتفاصيل
- الأمانة والالتزام
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل
- مهارات تواصل جيدة
- العمل بروح الفريق
- بيئة العمل
- العمل داخل مستودع في مدينة الرياض ، وقد يتطلب الوقوف لفترات أو حمل بعض المواد

Warehouse Keeper
📍 Riyadh – On-site
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Warehouse Keeper
to support our operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
Role Objective
To manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring safe storage of products and accurate recording of all inventory movements (receiving, issuing, stock counting) to support smooth operations and minimize loss.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify items against invoices and purchase orders
- Organize and store items systematically for easy access
- Accurately record all inventory transactions (in/out)
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Conduct periodic and random stock counts
- Prepare and dispatch orders on time
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor product expiry dates
- Coordinate with procurement and management
- Follow company inventory policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum high school (Diploma/Bachelor preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Proficiency in computer and inventory systems (ERP)
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock counting
Work Environment
Warehouse-based role in
Riyadh
, may require standing for long periods and handling materials
