How the Job Fits into the Organization:

This position is the core engine of our "Visual Production." You will directly shape the first impression of our brand, translating marketing goals into high-impact, moving, and static visual experiences that captivate our audience.

Brand Identity Development: Design and develop complete visual identities from scratch, including logos, color palettes, typography, and comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency.

Motion Graphics Production: Transform static concepts into creative animations, producing short, engaging videos and motion assets for advertising campaigns and social media platforms.

Pure Visual Production: Create digital and print layouts with high aesthetic appeal, focusing heavily on composition, color harmony, and visual balance.

Trend & Technology Monitoring: Continuously research and adopt the latest global design trends, exploring new tools and software (such as Generative AI in design) to elevate production quality.

Continuous Visual Upgrades: Regularly review and update the organization’s existing visual assets to ensure they remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly competitive in the market.

Strong Portfolio: A professional portfolio that showcases complete brand identity projects and outstanding motion graphics/animation samples.

Technical Proficiency (Adobe Suite): Excellent command of core design and motion software:

For Graphic & Identity: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

For Motion & Animation: Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro.

Refined Visual & Artistic Sense: Deep understanding of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and the ability to evaluate and execute design from a purely aesthetic perspective.

Passion for Learning & Innovation: An agile mindset with a constant desire to learn new techniques, software, and advancements in the graphic and animation industry.

Time Management & Agility: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, switching smoothly between static identity design and motion graphics production under specified deadlines.
