Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer (Swimming Pool Sales Experience) role based in Riyadh.

The Sales Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the swimming pool and landscaping segment, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and following up on leads to close sales.

The role involves coordinating with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely project handover.

The Sales Officer will maintain a strong sales pipeline, update CRM or sales reports, and provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and drive consistent sales performance.
  • Experience in Channel Sales or partnership development to expand the customer base through contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Previous sales experience in swimming pools, landscaping, construction, or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Ability to conduct site visits, understand basic technical requirements, and coordinate with internal technical teams.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with results-oriented and self-motivated work habits.
  • Proficiency in basic office and sales tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel locally within Riyadh and surrounding areas.
