Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and report variances
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to collect progress data
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards for management review
• Identify schedule risks and delays, and propose mitigation and recovery plans
• Support the development of project cost and resource-loaded schedules
• Conduct earned value analysis (EVA) to assess project performance
• Maintain and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activity sequences
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-related insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with planning and reporting standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling roles
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Solid understanding of project management principles and construction/engineering workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus
• PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage
