- As our Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be steering performance, elevating standards and ensuring we deliver outstanding work every time.
- What you'll be doing:
- Growing our partner network through smart, strategic recruitment
- Nurturing and retaining our existing brand partners
- Leading pitches, negotiating commercial deals, and managing contracts
- Running multiple projects end‑to‑end with excellence and efficiency
- Driving team performance, resourcing, and a culture of productivity and positivity
- Championing TLC’s global strategy and shaping the product portfolio in your market
- Spearhead brand partner recruitment and build strong, long‑lasting relationships
- Secure high‑value commercial deals aligned with global and local strategy
- Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they run on time and to the highest standards
- Lead, support, and develop the Brand Partnerships team
- Optimise profitability through efficient cost management and innovative partnership solutions
- Stay ahead of market and industry trends, identifying new opportunities for growth

- A proven track record in brand partnerships, commercial negotiation, and relationship management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
- A strategic mindset with a passion for maximising value and spotting new opportunities
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- A natural team motivator with a positive, proactive attitude
