The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft administration tools, email systems, network operations, and technical support services.
The role also includes supporting API integrations, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and maintaining operational continuity across all business systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ASP.NET development along with proven experience in IT administration and information security.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain company servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
· Administer Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure services.
· Monitor system performance and ensure operational uptime.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
· Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and communication tools.
· Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus systems, and endpoint protection.
· Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures are in place.
· Support API integrations between internal and external systems.
· Assist with ASP.NET application support and troubleshooting.
· Coordinate with software vendors and development teams regarding system integrations.
· Prepare IT operational reports and system status updates.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft administration tools, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking.
·
Experience
with ASP.NET development and API integrations.
· Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection standards.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple technical tasks effectively.
· Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
