Role Description
The Social Media Specialist (أخصائي شبكات اجتماعية) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for managing and growing the company’s and clients’ social media presence.
Day-to-day tasks include planning and publishing content across multiple platforms, monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversions.
The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to develop integrated campaigns, support product launches, and ensure alignment with overall digital marketing objectives.
Staying up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices is essential to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in social media platform management, community engagement, and campaign execution.
- Experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media advertising, and basic SEO awareness.
- Ability to plan and create compelling written and visual content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Skills in using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and report insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple accounts or projects.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an agency or digital marketing environment in the Riyadh Region or broader Saudi market is a plus.
