- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تصميم وتطوير المفاهيم الإبداعية للمشاريع الداخلية والخارجية (الواجهات).
- إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتفصيلية باستخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي.
- التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة والقيام بزيارات ميدانية لمواقع المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ التصاميم وفق المعايير.
- تقديم الحلول المبتكرة التي تلبي احتياجات العملاء وتعكس الهوية الجمالية للمكان.
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال التصميم الداخلي والواجهات الخارجية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم الاحترافية مثل:
- *AutoCAD، 3Ds Max، SketchUp، Photoshop*
- أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات إبداعية عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتمتع بمهارات تواصل فعّالة.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد وجودة العمل في مختلف مراحل المشروع.
- الاستعداد للقيام بزيارات ميدانية حسب الحاجة.
