Job Summary
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers, increasing sales, and supporting business growth.
The role contributes to Lamina’s success by maintaining strong customer partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring high service levels across the industrial packaging and consumer sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and account reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales or key account management, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Good English communication skills preferred.
