- مطلوب مستشار / مدير مبيعات (Sales Consultant)
- نبحث عن شخص متخصص في المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال للعمل مع وكالة تسويق وإعلان بهدف بناء نظام مبيعات احترافي وزيادة إغلاق العقود.
- المهام المطلوبة:
- بناء وتطوير نظام المبيعات (Sales System)
- إعداد وتنفيذ مسار مبيعات واضح للعملاء المحتملين
- تحسين تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عقود فعلية
- تطوير سكربتات البيع والتواصل مع العملاء
- إدارة ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين (Leads)
- تدريب الفريق على مهارات الإقفال والمتابعة
- اقتراح استراتيجيات لزيادة الإيرادات الشهرية
- تحسين تجربة العميل من أول تواصل إلى إغلاق العقد
- نوع العمل:
- عن بُعد أو حضوري حسب الاتفاق
- مرن حسب النتائج
- نظام التعاون:
- نسبة من العقود المتفق عليها (Revenue Share)
- أو نظام مختلط (راتب + نسبة) حسب الخبرة
- يتم الاتفاق النهائي بعد المقابلة والتجربة
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال
- القدرة على إغلاق الصفقات
- فهم جيد للسوق السعودي وقطاع الخدمات
- خبرة في بناء أنظمة مبيعات أو Funnels تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- مهارة عالية في التواصل والإقناع
- مميزات إضافية:
- إمكانية شراكة طويلة المدى مع نمو الشركة
