We are looking for a creative Kids Fashion Designer who combines artistic flair with commercial vision, developing and innovating seasonal collections while managing the production process from concept to final product.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Research & Development: Monitor and analyze the latest global children's fashion trends to deliver innovative designs aligned with seasonal needs and target age groups

🎨 Collection Design: Create and develop complete garment collections that balance aesthetics and comfort, ensuring each collection has a distinct visual identity

🛍️ Fabric & Material Selection: Source and select appropriate fabrics and materials based on quality and suitability for the design

✅ Quality Control: Verify the quality of initial samples through to the final product, ensuring the highest standards of quality

📊 Analysis & Performance: Study sales reports and understand consumer behavior to develop best-selling products and improve upcoming collections

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (required)

✏️ Proven ability to design apparel and develop complete clothing collections

💻 Proficiency in professional design software

💬 Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across design and production teams

⚖️ Solid understanding of the children's fashion market and the ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability

نبحث عن مصممة أزياء أطفال مبدعة تجمع بين الحس الفني والرؤية التجارية. تقوم بتطوير وابتكار مجموعات موسمية، وإدارة العملية الإنتاجية من الفكرة حتى المنتج النهائي.

📌 المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية:

🔍 البحث والتطوير: رصد أحدث صيحات أزياء الأطفال عالمياً وتحليلها لتقديم تصاميم مبتكرة تتناسب مع مواسم السنة واحتياجات الفئة العمرية المستهدفة

🎨 تصميم المجموعات: ابتكار وتطوير قطع ملبسية متكاملة تراعي الجمالية والراحة، مع ضمان تميّز كل مجموعة بهويتها البصرية

🛍️ اختيار الأقمشة والخامات: انتقاء الأقمشة والمواد المناسبة من حيث الجودة والمناسبة للتصميم

✅ ضبط الجودة: التحقق من جودة العينات الأولية حتى المنتج النهائي، لضمان أعلى معايير الجودة

📊 التحليل والأداء: دراسة تقارير المبيعات وفهم سلوك المستهلك لتطوير المنتجات الأكثر طلباً وتحسين المجموعات القادمة

📌 المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

🎓 درجة جامعية في تصميم الأزياء (شرط أساسي)

✏️ قدرة مثبتة على تصميم الأزياء وتطوير مجموعات ملبسية متكاملة

💻 إجادة برامج التصميم الاحترافية

💬 مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية، وقدرة على العمل التشاركي مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج

⚖️ الإلمام بأسواق أزياء الأطفال والقدرة على الموازنة بين الإبداع الفني والجدوى التجارية
