About The Role
We're looking for a seasoned marketing leader with 10+ years of hands-on
experience
- to lead our digital growth strategy and oversee a specialized
- team across SEO, Paid Media, and Social.

- 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy for the company
- and its B2B/B2G clients
- Lead the digital marketing team (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content) —
- mentor, develop, and drive performance
- Own marketing budgets and deliver against ROAS, CPL, and ROI targets
- Build and scale the lead generation engine; optimize conversion rates
- across the funnel
- Translate data (GA4, Search Console, Meta & LinkedIn Ads Manager,
- CRM) into decisions and growth
- Oversee technical SEO, content strategy, and digital authority building
- Manage strategic client relationships and deliver executive-level reporting
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and AI applications — and
- operationalize them

- ✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including 4+ years
- in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media (Master's is a plus)
- Expert in: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot
- Proven track record managing annual marketing budgets of 1M+ SAR
- Demonstrated leadership of teams of 5+ marketers
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (required)
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 landscape
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and storytelling skills
- Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a strong plus
