- مدير طبي ومسؤول إداري
- للانضمام إلى فريق مركز طبي متخصص في
- طب الأسنان والتجميل
- بمدينة الرياض.
- المهام الرئيسية:
- الإشراف الكامل على العمليات الطبية والإدارية داخل المركز
- ضمان جودة الخدمات الطبية وتطبيق أعلى معايير الرعاية
- إدارة الفريق الطبي والإداري وتطوير الأداء
- متابعة التراخيص والالتزام بالأنظمة الصحية
- تحسين تجربة المرضى ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء
- المساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة المراكز الطبية (يفضل الأسنان أو التجميل)
- خلفية طبية (طبيب/ة) مع خبرة إدارية
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية
- القدرة على اتخاذ القرار والعمل تحت الضغط
- إلمام بأنظمة وزارة الصحة السعودية
