Responsibilities
- Support the execution of business-as-usual (BAU) RCSA activities, including assessment planning, stakeholder coordination, and tracking completion against established timelines
- Analyze assessment outputs, risk data, and control information to identify trends and areas requiring management attention
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and management materials that provide insight into the firm’s operational risk profile and assessment results
- Partner with stakeholders across the firm to support assessment execution and ongoing program enhancements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of assessment strategy initiatives, methodology enhancements, and process improvements
- Support regulatory, audit, and remediation initiatives related to the operational risk assessment framework
- Manage and coordinate project deliverables associated with key assessment and framework uplift initiatives
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on assessment requirements, standards, and supporting tools
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or a related financial services role
- Basic understanding of operational risk management frameworks and risk assessment methodologies, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret risk and control data to identify meaningful insights
- Experience supporting framework enhancements or process improvements
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with a desire to understand different areas of the firm and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the operational risk program
- Bachelor’s degree required
