Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Manager based in Riyadh. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that may affect the company’s operations, reputation, and financial performance. Daily tasks include developing and implementing risk management policies, conducting regular risk assessments, analyzing financial reports to assess risk exposure, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Risk Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to build strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements within the financial sector.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and risk assessment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective risk management policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry or working with fintech startups is beneficial.
• Deep understanding of local and international financial regulations, particularly in the Saudi Arabian market.
