Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Baddi.
The Owner will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that production, service delivery, and administrative activities run efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
include setting business priorities, managing budgets and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
The role involves supervising and guiding team members, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
The Owner will also drive business development initiatives, evaluate new opportunities, and implement process improvements to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business ownership, general management, or operations leadership, preferably in a similar industry or regional context.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, basic accounting concepts, and performance analysis.
- Experience in people management, including staffing, coaching, performance feedback, and creating a safe and respectful workplace.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships, oversee procurement, and maintain productive client or customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, quality standards, and basic regulatory or safety requirements relevant to on-site operations.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and make practical trade-offs.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for communication, documentation, and record-keeping; openness to adopting new systems as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Willingness to be physically present on-site in Baddi daily and to respond promptly to urgent operational needs.
