  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and analytical Risk Manager to lead enterprise risk management initiatives and strengthen the organization’s risk framework.
  • The ideal candidate will identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across operational, financial, strategic, regulatory, and technology functions while supporting informed business decisions.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies, frameworks, and policies
  • Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks across business operations and functions
  • Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
  • Maintain risk registers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track risk exposure
  • Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging risks that may impact the organization
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes
  • Support business continuity planning, crisis management, and operational resilience initiatives
  • Prepare risk reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Promote a risk-aware culture through training, awareness programs, and stakeholder engagement
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CRMP, FRM, PRM, CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, governance, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership position preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, and internal control frameworks
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, control testing, and mitigation planning
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
